Existing Customers: Located at the top right corner, this allows you to login and check your SRT account(s).

New Customers: New customers can also sign up for an online account and discover the ease of having an account.

You can check what services you have and the features of those products; you can check your wireless minutes to know where you're at each month; you can see when a contract is up; and you can purchase and upgrade products.

Live Chat

24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year - We value our customers and want to be available to you. That is why we implemented a chat feature that allows you to ask questions and get a response from a live representative - its easy and convenient. We're not only upgrading our website, we're also upgrading our service to you.

E-bill

Pay your bill online because it is right at your fingertips. Save yourself a stamp and a trip to the post office.

Cart

When you make purchases throughout the site, you can purchase them immediately or save them for later. What a great way to create a "wish list" for the holidays to show others exactly what you want. Why make them guess? Add the latest cell phones, accessories, or ask to upgrade your cable so you can receive all your favorite shows - its easy with the Cart feature!

Have an email account with SRT? As always, type in your user name and password to access your email.

Follow us on Twitter, Facebook or even through an RSS feed - Click on the links on the bottom of the page. If you're on facebook, become a fan of SRT to participate in contests and get the latest updates. If you're on Twitter, follow us to engage in the same contests. And, if you prefer RSS, this method is a source of feeds that send updates automatically when published.
