2025 FRS Community Grant Application

Please complete the FRS Community Grant online application form below. FRS is accepting grant applications from $250 to $5,000. As an NTCA-The Rural Broadband Association member, we will submit the application on your behalf, as applications must be submitted through an NTCA member partner.
