By submitting your photo or video, you agree that you have permission to submit and use the media, that if any persons in the media are under 18 years of age consent has been received from a parent or legal guardian, that the image does not violate any copyright, trademark, or any other laws, and that you release, discharge, hold harmless, and indemnify SRT Communications, Inc. from any and all claims arising out of the use of submitted media. You also agree that you have read, understand and agree to the complete terms and conditions available here.

All participants agree to the information below.

Media including identifiable images of people must include subject’s permission. By submitting a photo or video you are acknowledging that you have the subject’s permission.

Media must be your own original creation. You must be the sole owner of the copyright of any media submitted. Your submission is your guarantee that you are the author and copyright holder. By submitting media, you also warrant that the media does not violate or infringe upon the copyright, trademark, rights of publicity, privacy, or any other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

All media becomes the property of SRT Communications. By virtue of their entry, participants agree that SRT Communications may adapt, edit, and/or modify their photograph or video in any way and may also publish or otherwise use their media for promotional or other purposes without your prior approval or inspection and also without compensation, right to royalties, or any other compensation. You also agree to fully and forever release, discharge, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SRT Communications from any and all claims arising out of the publication or use of the media as described in these rules.

Participants confirm they are at least 18 years of age or if under 18 years of age have consent of a parent or legal guardian.
