An outage in the southern part of the state is causing issues for landline callers making 9-1-1 calls, long-distance, 1-800 calls, ATMs, and credit card terminals.
The issues are being investigated and further updates will be provided from Minot Police Department’s Facebook page at facebook.com/minotpd.
