August 31st is World Distance Learning DayWorld Distance Learning Day was established to raise awareness of the many learning resources and options available to students outside of the physical classroom and to celebrate how far this type of education has come over the years. What started in 1728 with shorthand lessons delivered via mail has become a virtually unlimited way to learn today. SRT Customer Service Rep. Receives Minot Chamber EDC Eagle Award
SRT Customer Service Representative Wesley Elkins received Minot Chamber EDC‘s Eagle Award this month. The Eagle Award recognizes excellence in customer service and the recipients must be nominated to receive this award.
Wesley was nominated by a new SRT customer who said, “I am not one to leave reviews good or bad but after dealing with Wesley Elkins that has changed. I have been with a different ISP for 10 years and after struggling with slow internet speeds, dropped connections, etc., it was time for a change. I was dreading the change due to different circumstances […] I had voiced my concerns with Wesley (who was extremely friendly and definitely loves what she does) and she put my mind at ease. I thought about it for the night and called back the next day to get switched. I was hoping to get Wesley but got someone else who got me signed up and scheduled. I would not have done this without the reassurance from Wesley Elkins.”
